 ☾𖤓 Our Policy - All Products

☾ Due to the nature of handmade items, there may be slight imperfections present in your pieces. We do not exchange or refund items for imperfections of this nature.

☾ Purchases of sale items, seconds, samples or discontinued pieces are final. No refunds or exchanges can be made.

☾ For hygiene purposes, and due to the nature of our product sourcing, we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. This includes pre-order items that have not yet been dispatched. If you make a mistake during your order and contact us quickly to rectify it before we send it out, we will do our absolute best to help you out.

☾ We do not accept returns, but will offer a remake if:

☾ An items is damaged upon arrival (damaged during transit)
☾ We have sent an incorrect item
☾ The jewellery is not up to standard

To be eligible for a remake, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We may ask for proof of purchase, and will usually require photos of the damage and the packaging to confirm return eligibility.

☾ In a special case refund/return, we charge a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.

For our clothing and apparel items, we cannot provide returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We provide detailed sizing charts for apparel to help you make the right purchase.

☾𖤓 Jewellery Repairs

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged by you or broken after regular use. However, if you do damage or break your piece, please contact us so that we can advise if the damage is fixable, and direct you in its repair. In some cases, we will be able to conduct a repair for you. You will have to send it back to us and we will post it back once fixed. We don't cover shipping for this service, and there may be a small fee for labour and materials.
